The edges of the thick art cards are painted gold or sometimes other colors, giving a substantial look to these delightful creations. Our ACEOs come with archival sleeves and information about the history of their development.

These ACEO miniatures are 3.5" by 2.5" and are signed originals. ACEO stands for Art Card Editions and Originals. The tradition began with small portraits used to arrange weddings in the 14th century.

Artists then began trading the cards to have records of each other's style. Eventually this spawned sports trading cards that were standardized at this size. When ACEOs were created, this size was chosen for them as well. ACEOs are a special category of art trading card that was developed to sell to collectors who loved them.
