Return Policy

Credit card purchases of all goods except original paintings and custom orders can be returned for full refund of the item purchase price for 30 days, not including shipping and packaging charges.

Credit card purchases of original paintings can be returned for full refund for 14 days after purchase, not including shipping and crating charges. After that, the gallery will accept the work on commission for resale on behalf of the purchaser.

Custom orders can be returned only at the discretion of the gallery. 

Rings purchased as gifts may be sent back unworn for correct sizing after presentation to the recipient at the appropriate occasion. We do not charge for sizing when these conditions are met.

In the unlikely event of a problem with an order, let us know so we can correct it.
